Were looking for a MarTech and Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital team and shape the future of our owned digital channels including email website app SMS digital signage and emerging platforms. This role is ideal for a strategic and collaborative leader with strong experience in digital marketing and marketing technology (MarTech) a passion for innovation and the ability to guide the team through growth and change.

What Youll Do
- Develop and lead digital marketing strategies across owned channels
- Coach and support a team of digital marketing professionals
- Drive adoption of Microsoft D365 Marketing for segmentation and personalization
- Oversee the marketing technology stack to support business goals
- Plan and deliver innovative campaigns and cross-channel initiatives
- Provide strategic leadership and hands-on technical guidance
- Monitor performance metrics and report on KPIs and identify opportunities for optimization
- Manage digital marketing budget and ensure measurable ROI
- Stay current with digital trends and share insights internally
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment and collaboration
- Present strategic recommendations and performance insights to marketing leadership
What You Bring
- Proven leadership and team development experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Technical proficiency with digital platforms and tools
- Strategic mindset with a focus on execution
- Experience supporting adoption of new technologies
- Sound judgment and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in contract negotiations
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to learning
Education & Experience:
- University or College degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent experience
- 5 years in digital marketing with a focus on owned channels and campaign execution ideally in a retail or consumer-focused environment.
- Experience creating emails templates and journeys
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Microsoft D365 preferred)
- Experience with or other CMS platforms
- Understanding of MarTech ecosystems and analytics tools including campaign automation analytics and data platforms
- Applied knowledge of SEO/SEM methodologies
- Awareness of digital media buying and implementation
- Exposure to web technologies and digital production
- Familiarity with performance measurement tools and A/B testing
- Experience with third-party business listings
