Job Summary
Job Overview
To supervise junior team members within a designated zone or project team in order to assure the implementation of sales strategy and client satisfaction.
Essential Functions
Supervise assigned field staff.
Ensure field activities are well coordinated and effective.
Create and prepare relevant reports.
Ensure that staff has the proper materials and training to complete job responsibilities.
Build effective relationships with equivalent customer liaisons /contacts.
May be required to participate in local sales campaigns or product promotion activities.
Recommend new approaches to the customer to increase sales effectiveness.
Call on retail sites to ensure smooth delivery of services if needed.
Ensure the reporting of any identified Adverse Events in line with prevailing process and guidelines.
Project a professional impression of the Company and act in accordance with the relevant Pharmaceutical Industrys Code of Practice.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent Req
1 years relevant experience Req Or
Equivalent combination of education training and experience. Req
Knowledge of the drug stores and retail stores market.
Knowledge of software operating systems such as MS Office.
Internet and reporting skills.
Negotiation abilities.
Positive interaction with coworkers and pharmacy/department store managers and supervisors.
