Job Summary

Were searching for new drivers to be the face of Kinetic. Help us take people where they need to go and join Australasias largest and fastest-growing bus operator.

Our Women Up Front Driver Training Program offers an opportunity to become part of our team. We pay you while we train you to get your licence upgraded to an MR licence followed by a five-week supportive and hands on induction training program with a mix of classroom and on-road training. Youll then have the support and training required over the next 12 months to gain a nationally recognised qualification.

All you need to bring is your smile energy passion and commitment to creating awesome experiences for our customers communities and teammates.

The Opportunity

We are looking for highly motivated people who enjoy interacting with the public and have a genuine passion for providing great customer service.

Multiple Positions available
Great pay rates from $35.04 (base) per hour
Based in Tweed Heads or Molendinar

With a strong focus on customer service and providing a safe journey for our passengers our bus drivers are fully trained to play a vital part in all facets of customer service ticket sales and a range of bus services including general routes charters and special events driving.

What boxes do you need to tick

We are people with a customer first attitude and therefore are looking for people with:

Excellent customer service skills and enjoy working with the public
Willingness to obtain a Queensland Driving Authorisation
Willingness to undergo preemployment physical examination and medical history check
Australian Work Rights
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual
