Experienced Resourcer (Fully Remote / WFH Recruitment Assistant) - No BD.

With over 45 years of industry experience and 25 years of recruitment experience IBG specialises in business development strategy and advisory bid/tender support and specialist recruitment. The company has a proven track record of delivering actionable insights successful strategies and access to senior decision-makers.

Were looking for a talented resourcer with strong experience in white collar engineering delivery or consultancy / advisory Australian market across 1 or more of the civil construction engineering energy or mining sectors. Someone who knows the industry understands the roles and can spot great talent quickly and confidently.

This is a high-flexibility work-from-home opportunity supporting two senior industry executives with deep networks steady workflow and a strong reputation across the transport infrastructure energy and mining space. Youll be joining a small upbeat team that enjoys what we do keeps things positive and is looking for someone who wants to have a bit of fun in the role while delivering real results.
