Core Responsibilities:
Turn visitors into lifelong customers by understanding their needs and pairing them with the perfect vehicle.
Deliver engaging vehicle demonstrations and coordinate unforgettable test drives.
Stay sharp! Keep up with the latest models tech and features.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
Assist customers with sales and financing paperwork.
Deliver sold vehicles with confidence and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
What Were Looking For:
Previous automotive sales experience is a plus.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Ability to see things from the customers point of view and overcome objections.
Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
Hours & Work Environment:
Were open MondayFriday 8am9pm and Saturday 8am8pm. Applicants should have open availability during business hours. This is a fully on-site role working with customers in person over the phone and online. Youll spend time both indoors and outdoors on the sales lot - perfect for energetic individuals who love a fast-paced atmosphere.
