Description

As an Assembly Mechanic - Level 2 here at Honeywell you will report directly to our Production Supervisor and youll work out of our Phoenix AZ location on a On-site work schedule.


In this role you will impact the production efficiency and quality assurance of our manufacturing processes contributing to the successful delivery of our innovative products to customers.

  • Assemble mechanical components and systems according to specifications and engineering drawings.
  • Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 3 years of experience in mechanical assembly or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of assembly techniques and tools.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with quality control processes and standards.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.

WE VALUE

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in aerospace or industrial manufacturing environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
