OCU Group is seeking a proactive and highly capable Estates Compliance Manager to help us keep our nationwide estate running safely efficiently and fully compliant. This is a pivotal role with real impact one that keeps our people safe our sites compliant and our operations moving.
What Youll Be Doing
As our Estates Compliance Manager youll be the central force behind the seamless operation of our estate. Your responsibilities will include:
Facilities Management & System Oversight
- Managing the OCU Group facilities management ticketing system to ensure all requests are logged tracked and resolved efficiently.
Supplier Coordination & Procurement
- Sourcing evaluating and coordinating external suppliers and contractors.
- Generating and tracking purchase orders for all estates-related goods and services.
- Organising and scheduling internal maintenance teams and external contractors with minimal operational disruption.
Compliance Reporting & Governance
- Producing detailed management information (MI) KPI reports and compliance updates.
- Maintaining accurate health & safety and statutory compliance records (e.g. fire safety legionella lift maintenance).
- Monitoring compliance with legislation standards and internal policies.
Budget & Cost Control Support
- Assisting in developing estates budgets and monitoring spend.
- Highlighting variances and supporting cost-efficient solutions.
Administrative Support
- Providing essential administrative support across the estates & facilities teams including correspondence meeting coordination and maintaining digital records.
What Youll Bring
Were looking for someone who is both operationally strong and compliance-minded with:
- Proven experience in facilities administration office management or a similar coordination role.
- Technical proficiency in software/ticketing systems Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook) and finance/procurement tools.
- Exceptional organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication skills written and verbal across all levels of the business and with suppliers.
- Outstanding attention to detail especially regarding compliance.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
