Were seeking a skilled Plumber to join our facilities maintenance this role youll handle everything from new installations to complex repairs in commercial and industrial environments. Youll keep systems running efficiently and safely while working alongside a professional safety-first team that values quality work and continuous learning.
What Youll Do
Install & Repair Systems: Layout install and maintain plumbing and piping systems including water drain compressed air and process lines.
Tackle Preventative Maintenance: Keep systems in peak condition with regular inspections repairs and cleaning.
Solve Problems On the Spot: Troubleshoot and repair leaks backflows water heaters boilers filters and other plumbing components.
Upgrade Facilities: Install and service fixtures like sinks toilets urinals faucets and softeners ensuring everything works and looks its best.
Plan & Estimate: Conduct site visits and surveys to assess conditions estimate costs and determine labor and materials needed.
Stay Organized & Efficient: Complete accurate service documentation including reports timesheets and expense logs.
Work Safely: Follow all company and OSHA safety standards while maintaining tools equipment and vehicles in top condition.
What You Bring
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Completion of a recognized Plumbing Apprenticeship Program.
Experience:
5 years of hands-on experience in plumbing service and remodeling within commercial or industrial settings.
Licenses & Certifications:
Valid drivers license required.
Journeyman Plumber License (state or jurisdiction).
Technical Skills:
Proficient in reading blueprints schematics and technical documentation.
Skilled in installation maintenance and repair of diverse plumbing systems.
Comfortable with accurate measurements calculations and job cost estimation.
Professional Skills:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Reliable safety-focused and capable of working independently or with a team.
