Job Summary

Job Title:- Senior ServiceNow UI Developer
Location:- Santa Clara CA/ Dallas Texas - Hybrid in office at least 2 days a week
Interview Mode:- Video
Ex - ServiceNow is big plus

Mandatory Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Job Description:
Were seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong UI Builder expertise to collaborate closely with the onshore ServiceNow and UX teams.
This role involves active participation in sprints-developing debugging and providing real-time collaboration and troubleshooting as the sole onshore developer supporting a large offshore Accenture team.
The project is at ServiceNow itself focusing on a major internal SOM implementation with potential future collaboration on product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be based in or near Santa Clara CA and available to join in-person whiteboarding and design sessions with the ServiceNow team a few days per week.
Were looking for a professional with 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience skilled in UI Builder (including custom Seismic widgets) Client and Server Scripting Script Includes and familiar with Service Portal Flow Designer Integration Hub and REST Integrations. Additional advantages include Certified Application Developer certification and experience with CSM Now Assist and Agentic AI implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and customize ServiceNow applications to address business requirements.
Create and maintain Script Includes Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies and Integration APIs.
Develop and enhance Service Portal components Catalog Items Widgets and Workflows.
Use UI Builder to create and configure modern scalable user interfaces.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
Support Customer Service Management (CSM) implementations through configuration customization and integration.
