Job Summary

Rate Me More is an AI-powered SaaS helping businesses generate authentic reviews using a single smart QR code. As we scale rapidly were looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own acquisition conversion and growth experiments across channels.

Tasks

Own and optimize user acquisition funnels

Run growth experiments across paid SEO lifecycle and CRO

Scale paid marketing channels (Google Meta LinkedIn TikTok)

Improve activation and onboarding conversion

Own landing pages A/B tests and funnel analytics

Collaborate closely with Product & Engineering

Track and improve CAC LTV MRR growth

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role within the software development industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies for small to medium-sized companies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
