We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Mandatory Qualifications - Proven experience delivering superior customer service across multiple channels (phone email in-person).
- Experience assisting customers with a wide range of technological proficiency levels.
- Hands-on experience supporting computers using relevant programs/systems (Microsoft Office Suite Windows 10 Adobe products) and troubleshooting information systems.
- Experience working with Active Directory.
- Experience with cloud platforms and technologies such as Microsoft Azure.
Preferred Qualifications - Strong desire to grow and advance within an organization.
- Demonstrated interest in professional development within a dynamic and opportunity-rich environment.
Responsibilities - Provide high-quality technical support for end users through phone email and in-person interactions.
- Troubleshoot hardware software operating system and application issues.
- Assist users with varying levels of technical expertise ensuring clear communication and resolution.
- Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory.
- Support cloud-based solutions and collaborate on Azure-related tasks.
- Document issues solutions and technical procedures accurately.
- Maintain install and configure computer systems and software as required.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams when necessary.
