Position - Associate - Human Resources
Location - Navi Mumbai (Turbhe)
Who are we
HaystackAnalytics is a healthtech company spun out of IIT Bombay developing products and technology platforms to make NGS-based clinical solutions affordable and accessible to diagnostic laboratories and hospitals worldwide. We are a global innovator of products like TB-WGS and infexn-NGS. Both of these are patented products from HaystackAnalytics disrupting diagnostics and improving patient outcome in their respective domains. Next we are creating the AI Platform for human genomics identifi-NGS which is designed to bring a patients genetic context to Hospitals/doctors/customers enabling personalized therapy and outcome.
What we want you to do
Design and update job descriptions
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone video and in-person)
Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical language and logical reasoning tests
Advertise job openings on companys careers page social media job boards and internally
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Coordinate with stakeholders i.e Hiring managers candidates. For scheduling interviews.
Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Act as a liaison with new joiners to help them in the journey of new hire to an employee.
Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
What are we looking in you
6 months - 1 year work experience as an HR Recruiter/Executive.
Well versed with MS Office and GSuite
Experience with sourcing techniques
Understanding of referral programs
Strong verbal as well as written communication skills. Good proficiency in English.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources
Will be required to use own Laptop.
