Are you a fresh graduate or a junior creative looking for a place to actually and nbsp;start and nbsp;your career not just fetch coffee We are looking for someone to join our young diverse team where your voice matters and your ideas will actually be heard.
This is a dual role where you get to apply what you learned in school to the real world. Youll be working in a supportive environment where we and nbsp;expect and nbsp;you to learn on the job.

At the Agency (Idea Pioneers): and nbsp;Youll work with some of the smartest marketing tech out there surrounded by nice people who want to see you succeed.

The Setup: Your Hybrid Hustle
Youll be wearing two hats (dont worry youll look great in both). You need to be disciplined enough to switch between School Mode and Agency Mode.
(Total: A standard full-time work week just with way more variety.)
PART 1: THE and nbsp; and nbsp;SCHOOL EXPERIENCE
Mission: Capture the Magic and amp; Keep the Ship Sailing and nbsp;You are the eyes and ears of the school. Your goal is to show the world how amazing our community is.
Content and amp; Storytelling (The Fun Stuff)
Be the Lens: and nbsp;Capture those unscripted adorable moments of students and teachers. (You need to be comfortable hanging out with kids and getting them to smile!).
Video Star: and nbsp;Film and edit the weekly and nbsp;1530 second Reels/TikToks that stop the scroll.
Design Wizardry: and nbsp;Create cool graphics for events Digital Flipbooks (1/month) and QR codes.
Marketing and amp; Hype (The Growth Stuff)
Show us off: and nbsp;Help with school tours for prospective parents. (Dont worry well coach you until youre a pro!).
Spread the word: and nbsp;Compile the newsletter chat with local pre-schools and help us market our awesome events.
Follow up: and nbsp;When parents enquire youre the friendly voice following up.
Office Support (The Glue Stuff)
Admins and nbsp;Right Hand: and nbsp;Sometimes we just need hands on deck. Answering phones taking messages or helping with admin.
Community Vibes: and nbsp;Manage the suggestion box run surveys and reply to comments online (about 2 hours/week).
PART 2: THE IDEA PIONEERS EXPERIENCE
Mission: Digital Strategy and amp; Agency Life and nbsp;This is where you geek out on marketing tech and strategy from the comfort of your home.
Social Media Guru: and nbsp;Create schedule and post content for our agency accounts.
Trend Spotting: and nbsp;Use that formal education of yours! Research the latest digital trends and tell us how we can use them.
Remote Admin: and nbsp;Help the management team with reports coordination and general admin. We use smart tools and well teach you how to master them.
Who Were Looking For
We dont need you to know and nbsp;everything and nbsp;on day one. We need you to have the right DNA.
You Love Kids: and nbsp;This is non-negotiable. The school environment is loud happy and chaotic. If that energizes you youll thrive.
Youre a Creator: and nbsp;You know your way around and nbsp;Canva and nbsp;and video editors like and nbsp;CapCut. You have an eye for a good shot.
Youre Tech-Comfy: and nbsp;Youre not afraid of Excel and you know the difference between a Reel and a Story.
Youre a Self-Starter: and nbsp;Since youre working from home half the time we need to trust that youre getting things done without someone looking over your shoulder.
You Want to Learn: and nbsp;Youre ready to take feedback ask questions and grow into a marketing pro.
The Logistics:
You need reliable transport to get to Westdene 4 days a week.
You need solid internet at home for your remote sessions.
