- Use/ enhance Ansible Terraform and CI/CD pipelines for cluster provisioning patching and certificate rotation
- E2E Monitoring Provisioning Management and Decommissioning Problem Incident Change Configuration Release Capacity Availability & Project management Continuous Optimization; Service improvements; SLA & KPI management and Reporting Audit management & Readiness handover for reporting Maintain Regulatory and Policy compliance End to End Life Cycle Management IT Service Continuity Management
- Operate and Manage Container Services across On premise and Cloud platform
- Cluster Health Monitoring
- Track node status pod health and resource usage across available Container platforms
- Alert Response & Incident Logging
- Respond to alerts for pod failures image pull errors or resource exhaustion; log incidents in ITSM tools
- Basic Troubleshooting
- Restart containers rerun jobs and execute SOPs for common issues like crash loops or failed deployments
- User Support
- Handle namespace provisioning access key generation and basic container lifecycle requests
- Environment Setup
- Validate container tool versions and run sample images to confirm readiness
- DockerKubernetes experience is must.
Bitbucket Jenkins SonarQube Checkmarx CICD exposure (automation perspective)
