About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester with strong hands-on expertise in performance testing of enterprise-scale systems.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing executing and analyzing performance test scenarios to ensure system reliability scalability and stability under varying load conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan design and execute performance load stress and endurance tests for applications and systems.
Develop and maintain performance test scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g. JMeter LoadRunner NeoLoad GatlingK6).
Identify performance bottlenecks and work closely with development infrastructure and database teams to recommend optimizations.
Analyse system behaviour and interpret results to provide detailed performance test reports and recommendations.
Collaborate with architects and developers to define non-functional requirements (NFRs) and design test strategies accordingly.
Monitor application metrics using tools like Dynatrace AppDynamics Grafana or Prometheus during test execution.
Participate in performance tuning capacity planning and scalability assessments.
Ensure performance testing aligns with CI/CD pipelines and supports DevOps practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

7 years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing and Engineering.
Strong expertise in tools such as JMeter K6 LoadRunner Gatling Locust or NeoLoad.
Good knowledge of APM tools (e.g. Dynatrace AppDynamics New Relic).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for identifying performance bottlenecks across application layers (frontend backend database network).
Experience with scripting languages like Python JS Shell or Groovy is an added advantage.
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and performance testing of microservices and APIs.
Solid understanding of SDLC Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to have:

Experience in Performance Engineering and Optimization.
Exposure to containerized environments (Docker Kubernetes).
Knowledge of database performance tuning and query analysis.
ISTQB or Performance Testing certification (preferred but not mandatory).
