Role: Senior Consultant UKG Pro WFM Testing

Location:Hyderabad / Bengaluru /Anywhere in India (Hybrid)

Requirements

We are looking for a Senior Consultant UKG Pro WFM Testing with strong experience in end-to-end testing of UKG Pro Workforce Dimensions implementations including functional integration SIT UAT regression and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have experience managing complete testing cycles across multiple UKG implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end testing for UKG Pro WFM / Workforce Dimensions implementations
Own SIT support UAT parallel testing performance testing and regression testing
Define test strategy test plan test scenarios test cases and execution approach
Validate UKG modules including:

Time Keeping Accruals Leave Attendance Attestation
Advanced Scheduling & Forecasting
Analytics & Reports
Activities Business Structure
Device & Mobile Configuration
HyperFind Queries Workforce Genies Calendars
Data Access & Security Concepts

Manage integration testing across upstream and downstream systems
Own defect lifecycle management including logging triaging tracking and closure
Coordinate with business functional and technical teams for defect resolution
Prepare test status reports dashboards and release sign-off documents
Ensure quality gates are met before production releases

Required Skills:

Must Have Skills 68 years of testing experience with UKG Pro WFM / Workforce Dimensions Experience in: o SIT UAT support Parallel Testing Regression Testing o End-to-end defect management o Automation testing Strong experience in functional and integration testing Expertise in testing UKG modules: o Time & Attendance Scheduling Accruals Analytics Activities Reports Devices Strong documentation skills (test plans test cases test reports)
