Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage end-to-end factory operations including production maintenance quality supply chain and safety.
- Ensure production targets cost efficiency and quality standards are achieved consistently.
- Lead initiatives in process improvement lean manufacturing and operational excellence.
- Manage production planning resource allocation and workflow optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity quality and equipment reliability.
- Implement and enforce health safety and environmental (HSE) policies across all operations.
- Build train and lead a high-performing factory team.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to align strategies and operational standards.
- Prepare operational performance reports and lead reviews with senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Industrial Management or related field.
- 10 years of experience in metal production management or heavy industrial manufacturing (e.g. rolling casting forging or fabrication).
- Proven leadership experience managing large-scale factory operations.
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
- Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
- Deep understanding of lean manufacturing TPM Six Sigma and ISO standards.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and people management skills.
