Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Support the team with setting up meetings; team meetings stakeholder meetings; service providers including booking of venues.
- Assist the team with travel and accommodation bookings as well as travel claims
- Capture minutes during team meetings for distribution.
- Follow up on outstanding issues assigned to team members for completion.
- Organise team events.
- Support with branding requirements at events.
- Manage assigned mailbox calendar and shared drives.
- Provide administrative support for projects work where required.
- Facilitation of Supply Chain processes relating to the creation of POs processing of invoices for payments.
- Follow up on payment and provide feedback to service providers on progress of payments of Invoices.
- Provide administrative support to visitors logistics i.e. parking refreshments access etc.
- Oversee the budget and ensure we manage costs and spend within the allocated budget.
Qualifications :
Qualification: Matric Communications qualification desired
: A valid drivers license: Code B/C1
Experience: Proven track record of extensive practical experience in a role and context of similar complexity
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficient in planning and organizing skills
- Advanced level of communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced level of computer skills
- Familiarity with travel and expenses booking tools
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Excellent verbal and writ communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use initiative
