Job Summary
About the Role
We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our data and reporting team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about transforming data into insights that support business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build reports dashboards and data models while gaining hands-on experience in the BI domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting organizing and validating business data from various sources
- Develop and maintain dashboards and BI reports using tools like Power BI Tableau or Looker
- Support data modeling ETL processes and documentation
- Analyze trends performance metrics and KPIs to support business objectives
- Collaborate with teams in operations finance marketing and product to understand reporting needs
- Ensure accuracy clarity and consistency in all datasets and reports
- Participate in improving BI processes and data quality initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Analytics Computer Science Information Systems Statistics Data Science or a related field
- 02 years of experience in business intelligence analytics or reporting (internships welcome)
- Basic understanding of data visualization and BI tools (Power BI Tableau or similar)
- Familiarity with SQL for querying databases
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain data insights clearly and professionally
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to ETL tools (e.g. SSIS Talend Informatica)
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis
- Understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts
- Knowledge of KPI development and performance measurement
