Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Appointment Setter to support our US mortgage operations. Your main role is to engage potential clients through cold calling generate quality leads schedule appointments and assist in coordinating the loan process. If you have experience in mortgage or finance and thrive in a client-facing role this position is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold call outreach to generate qualified mortgage leads

  • Set appointments with prospective clients for mortgage consultations

  • Collect and organize required client documentation

  • Upload all client documents accurately to lender portals

  • Coordinate with the loan officer and lenders throughout the loan process

  • Maintain detailed records of all calls leads appointments and follow-ups



  • Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service within the mortgage or finance industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients

  • Basic understanding of the mortgage process (purchase vs. refinance)

  • Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
