The Responsibilities of the Role:
- Assist identifying and developing new sources for recruitment to support the companys growing needs.
- To source for potential candidates using agreed selection criteria.
- To conduct initial telephone interviews with potential candidates.
- To arrange interviews schedule with Lenovo hiring managers and to coordinate accordingly with Scicom HR on selection or rejection.
- Maintain recruitment data on applicants received through to successful/ unsuccessful candidates.
- Provide recruitment KPIs as and when required.
- Liaise with appropriate agencies in the facilitation of recruitment initiatives (when authorized by Scicom HR).
- Participate in job fairs and develop and maintain contacts with schools colleges universities to find and attract suitable applicants.
- Assist the M-Recruitment in ensuring that all data related to recruitment is tracked with both quantitative and qualitative reports.
- Ensure the timely production of MIS / update reports on recruitment.
The Requirements for the Role :
- Fluent in both read and write in Mandarin & English (Cantonese is an added advantage)
- Graduate/ Diploma holder preferably in HR/Business studies.
- At least 1 years work experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Computer literate - MS Office.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
The Offer :
- Monthly Salary (RM 4000 -RM 4500; will commensurate with relevant experience)
- Performance Related Bonus for confirmed staff.
