Job Summary
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome direct & check-in guests as they arrive at the passenger terminals & check-in counters
- Provide passengers with information on their flights departure and arrival times
- Report any delays related to passengers/flights to the flight coordinators
- Assist guests with their inquires & provide assistance
Requirements
- Completed GCE OLevel with an excellent command of English
- Certificate level qualification in Hospitality/tourism is an added advantage
- A positive & outgoing personality with good customer etiquette
