We are looking for a Business Analyst who can own documentation understand client requirements deeply and bridge communication between clients and delivery teams.
Role Overview
As a Business Analyst you will work closely with clients founders and the tech team to convert ideas into structured documentation.
Your role will cover:
✠Requirement Gathering
✠Writing BRD & PRD
✠User Stories
✠Feature Breakdown
✠Wireframes Support
✠Scope Freeze & Clarification
✠Coordination with UI/UX Developers
✠Supporting Proposal & SOW Creation
This role requires strong communication ownership and clarity in thinking.
Key Responsibilities
1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis
Conduct discovery calls with clients to understand business goals and technical needs.
Convert raw ideas into clear actionable feature lists.
Identify dependencies technical constraints and risks.
2. Documentation Creation (Core Responsibility)
Create high-quality BRDs PRDs SRS user journeys workflows and process maps.
Break features into modules tasks and sub-tasks for the design & development teams.
Maintain version control of documents throughout the project cycle.
3. Wireframes & UX Support
Collaborate with UI/UX team to produce wireframes and user flows.
Ensure designs align with requirements and scope.
4. Client Communication & Coordination
Conduct requirement validation sessions clarifications and weekly sync calls.
Act as the single point of contact for requirements and change requests.
Manage expectations and avoid scope creep.
5. Pre-Sales & Proposal Support
Work with founders to prepare SOW timelines and cost estimation.
Analyze client-provided documents RFPs and competitor references.
Prepare feature lists workflows and timelines for proposals.
6. Project Support
Assist PMs during development with requirement clarifications.
Validate implemented features before sending for client review.
Maintain documentation for QA and development teams.
Required Skills
Strong written & verbal communication.
Experience preparing BRD PRD SRS user stories and flow diagrams.
Ability to convert complex ideas into structured documents.
Good understanding of SDLC agile processes and product workflows.
Knowledge of tools like Figma Miro Jira Confluence Notion Lucidchart.
Comfortable talking to global clients (US/UK/UAE/Australia).
Good to Have
Technical understanding of mobile apps APIs dashboards databases.
Experience working in IT services SaaS or product-based companies.
Basic knowledge of UI/UX and wireframing.
Ability to support testing/QA validation.
