Job Summary

Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features manage releases and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools application programming interfaces and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. You will engage with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).- Strong understanding of data modeling and data visualization techniques.- Experience with integrating various data sources into Power BI.- Ability to create interactive dashboards and reports that meet business requirements.- Familiarity with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for data manipulation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
