Duties:

- Help stabilize dept implement processes & workflows mentor & work collaboratively with other providers.

- Experienced surgeon robotic trained preferred experienced surgical mentor minimum of 2 yrs leadership experience.

Required Procedures:

- Low & high-risk pregnancy

- FHR interpretation: NST/CST/FSE

- OB Ultrasounds (Performance of interpretation): Level I/Screening (viability)

- Routine delivery (Vaginal Low forceps & Decision-making for C-section)

- Complicated delivery

- Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations

- Office/minor gyne: IUD Cystoscopy Colposcopy cryosurgery LEEP etc.

- Surgical Gyne: Open Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only: tubal ligation LOAs chronal tubation Operative/major (includes diagnostic-ectopic pregnancy ovary removal cystectomy extensive LOAs.

Requirements:

Active WA License or IMLC

BLS

At least 2 yrs of leadership experience
