The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00-$35.00*

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule facility season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications...

Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed there are no minimum qualifications.

Install repair and maintain water supply lines drainage systems and plumbing fixtures in commercial buildings.

Diagnose and repair drain line clogs using augers hydro jetting and other drain-cleaning equipment.

Perform preventive maintenance inspections and recommend solutions to reduce future plumbing issues.

Troubleshoot plumbing problems in restrooms kitchens break rooms and utility areas.

Repair and replace sinks toilets urinals faucets water heaters and backflow devices.

Interpret and apply Arkansas Plumbing Code (2018) and applicable U.S. plumbing standards.

Collaborate with facility managers contractors and supervisors to ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule.

Complete detailed work orders service reports and document repairs performed.

Follow OSHA and company safety policies maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Provide emergency on-call plumbing services as required.





Qualifications

Valid Journeyman Plumber License Arkansas

Minimum 35 years of plumbing experience with emphasis on commercial repair and maintenance.

Proven ability to diagnose and clear drain line clogs (26 lines preferred).

Strong understanding of plumbing codes safety regulations and blueprint reading.

Experience with hydro jetting equipment video inspection cameras and pipe locators a plus.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs climb ladders and work in confined spaces.

Excellent communication teamwork and customer service skills.

Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
