About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager who can translate customer problems into clear well-structured product requirements and partner closely with engineering to deliver high-quality scalable solutions. This role sits at the intersection of customer insights business needs and technical delivery perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving ambiguity-rich environments.
You will be responsible for defining what we build and why ensuring the team is aligned clear and focused on delivering meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Planning
- Understand customer needs market trends and business priorities to shape product direction.
- Maintain and refine the product roadmap for your assigned domain.
- Translate strategy into clear problem statements and measurable outcomes.
Requirements & Documentation
- Create high-quality epics user stories acceptance criteria and supporting artefacts.
- Validate user flows logic and edge cases before handoff to engineering.
- Ensure requirements are concise accurate and aligned to business goals.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with engineering design and stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of scope and priorities.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies (planning grooming standups retros) and remove blockers where needed.
- Provide timely clarification to engineering and decision-making support during development.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Conduct customer interviews feedback sessions and product discovery activities.
- Partner with Customer Success Sales and Operations to understand real-world usage and pain points.
- Communicate product decisions and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Quality & Outcome Ownership
- Ensure features delivered meet functional technical and user experience expectations.
- Track success metrics and iterate based on learnings.
- Maintain a high bar for accuracy validation and product judgement.
