DescriptionPrimary Duties & Responsibilities
- Participation in test yield monitoring and root cause to implement corrective actions to improve yield.
- Involvement in test time insertion UPH and utilization.
- Hands on product test tester hardware and equipment.
- Exposure on execute test improvement projects in line with business metrics.
- Verifying specfile and FW.
- To run DOE as part of FA and root cause analysis.
- To provide product disposition as part of Debug team.
- Exposure software side on tester GUI setup specification file and review trace view.
- Able to communicate well across all levels of manufacturing teams.
- Performing any other duties as directed by immediate supervisor from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Diploma of Engineering preferably majoring in Electrical and Electronics.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in MNC industries preferably minimum 5 years experience working in NPI and high-volume manufacturing environment in test with understanding of GR&R SPC and correlation data will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work on 12-hours shift independently and able to solve basic technical issues.
- Good computer literacy in excel.
- Must exhibit a strong sense of analytical skills with hands on working attitude.
- Adaptable and flexible to rapid changes to the business needs of the company.
- Able to work multitask under pressure.
