This is a Hybrid role working these 2-3 days per week in our London office.
What Youll Be Doing
Were looking for a proactive People Partner to join our team supporting our high-performing Central Functions Teams in London. Youll work closely with the Head of People/Lead People Partner to deliver a great employee experience championing our culture values and ways of working.
Act as a trusted first point of contact for managers and employees providing first-line support and strengthening managerial effectiveness
Support and coach managers through ER helping them build confidence in handling cases effectively and autonomously
Use People data and insights to help identify and recommend proactive solutions
Support the Lead People Partner/Head of People on initiatives related to performance management learning & development wellbeing and inclusion
Support the delivery of key people programs and cyclical processes
What Were Looking For
Previous experience as a People Partner ideally in a fast-paced environment and supporting Commercial and Central Functions (e.g. Finance Compliance Marketing and Growth)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - calm under pressure and confident advising managers
Good understanding of UK employment law and HR policies
Experience in contributing to broader people initiatives such as performance management engagement cycles and management training
Resilient solutions-focused and motivated to grow and develop within a supportive team
