Job Summary
The Marketing & Promotions Assistant will support day-to-day marketing initiatives promotional activities and brand development efforts. This role involves assisting with campaign execution event coordination content support and client-facing tasks that help ensure successful marketing outcomes. You will play an essential part in executing creative strategies that represent our clients brands with professionalism and impact.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns.
Support event planning on-site coordination and post-event follow-up.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency across all materials.
Prepare marketing reports presentations and promotional assets as needed.
Track campaign performance and support process improvements.
Contribute ideas for creative marketing concepts brand visibility and promotional outreach.
Maintain organized records of marketing materials schedules and project timelines.
Qualifications :
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to communicate professionally with clients vendors and team members.
Basic knowledge of marketing principles promotions or branding concepts.
Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to new tasks and priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with standard office and marketing software is a plus.
