Job Summary

We are representing a fast-scaling legal tech company that has built an AI platform solving one of the biggest barriers to AI adoption in enterprise lawintegrating directly with a clients own precedents and workflows rather than relying on generic LLM tools.


Backed by leading venture investors (including top-tier Silicon Valley funds) the company has earned the trust of many prominent international law firms and in-house legal teams. With strong momentum in the U.S. and Europe it is now entering a new growth phase.


The Role

As Head of Sales Mid-Market you will be a founding senior commercial hire focused on the mid-law and in-house legal segments. You will report directly to the executive team and shape the companys next stage of growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own go-to-market strategy and full sales cycle for the mid-market client segment (law firms and in-house legal departments).
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team as the business scales.
  • Define and implement sales processes forecasting compensation models and territory planning.
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing and customer success to align market feedback and refine positioning.
  • Engage directly with C-level decision-makers negotiating and closing complex SaaS agreements.

Ideal Background

  • Proven track record in mid-market or enterprise SaaS sales ideally within legal tech or adjacent B2B technology.
  • Experience building and managing a sales team and owning quota from strategy through execution.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable selling complex high-value technology solutions to senior legal stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a high-growth early-stage environment.
