Job Summary
Pay Rates Starting between: $68640.00 - $103040.00 / year
- Maintain support and promote a safe and efficient work environment while complying with all of SC Fuels safety rules policies and procedures
- Preserve the cleanliness of the inside of the building and the parking lot
- Safely operate a forklift and pallet jack
- Offload bulk and package trucks and check-in drivers
- Refill (down stack) inventory
- Communicate with the Site Manager on any warehouse or forklift issues that need to be addressed
- Work with Site Manager to complete inventory process
- Assist with counting inventory on the last business day of the month
- Assist with the re-counting inventory on the first business day of the month
- Pump bulk oil into totes or drums as needed for space
- Collect and maintain oil samples
- Maintain inventory/ location/ bin assignments
- Notify Site Manager of low stock
- Refill/monitor propane and oil
- Clean totes
- Clean/maintain hazardous waste area
- Organize equipment area
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct supervisor
Qualifications :
The following knowledge base is required:
- At least 1 year of experience safely operating a forklift and pallet jack
- Basic strong computer skills
- Strong understanding of and dedication to providing exceptional customer service
- Aptitude to follow oral and written instructions and read write speak and understand English
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks
- Positive attitude and critical thinking skills
- Required to pass SC Fuels forklift certification course
Additional Information :
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to bend stoop crouch kneel balance climb and reach overhead.
- Must be able to handle (using both hands and arms and rotation of the hand or wrist).
- Must be able to walk sit and stand for an extended period of time.
- Must be able to carry push pull and lift in excess of 100 pounds.
- Must be able to engage in coherent speech and possess capacity to hear loud and soft noises.
