Key Responsibilities

Supplier Coordination: Manage communication with CLC. Ensure on-time delivery and resolve supply issues promptly.

Part Management: Handle H2K parts (approximately 1800 active part numbers). Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages or excess inventory.

Shipment Planning: Develop and update weekly and monthly shipment plans.
Collaborate with suppliers to meet requirement dates and optimize freight costs.

Daily Tasks

* Review material requirements in MRC.

* Expedite urgent parts.

* Update production and warehouse on material status.

Weekly Tasks

* Update supply status reports for management.
* Review supplier performance and escalate risks.
* Align shipment plans with production schedules.
* Establish Materials Shortage Report weekly for Asia lane.

Monthly Tasks

* Participate in Demand & Supply Review meetings.
* Prepare monthly material forecast and supplier collaboration plans.
* Analyze inventory trends and propose improvement actions.
* Participate in business monthly review with CLC.

Impact of Role

Supports mass production of critical parts.
Prevents costly production downtime.
Ensures compliance with delivery commitments and KPIs.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics or related field.
3 years of experience in logistics material planning or supply chain operations.
Strong knowledge of inventory management and shipment planning.
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g. MRC) and MS Excel.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
