Inviting applications for the role of Analyst Article & Vendor!
In this role Analyst supports merchandising operations by managing vendor onboarding article setup and ensuring product readiness. The person will work with vendors and internal teams to make sure products are launched smoothly and on time.

Responsibilities
End-to-end management of vendor onboarding documentation and compliance verification
Manage article setup in retail systems (SAP) ensuring accurate product master data (pricing pack sizes UoM tax attributes hierarchies etc.)
Handle vendor queries escalations and follow-ups to ensure timely resolution
Maintain and update vendor/retail databases and provide regular status reports
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive operational efficiency
Ensure new articles are correctly configured for sales channels (stores online distribution centers)
Provide insights from vendor and product data to support merchandising stock planning and decision-making
Participate in process improvements system updates and retail operations projects
Ensure adherence to company policies SOPs and quality standards in vendor and retail processes
Support inventory alignment stock planning and smooth product launches

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Strong communication coordination and follow-up skills
Detail-oriented and process-disciplined
Proficient in MS Excel Power BI and data handling
Familiarity with retail systems (SAP - preferred JDA Oracle)
Good understanding of retail business processes
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and support cross-functional initiatives
