Job Summary
Job Title : Senior Systems Analyst
Experience : 3-7 Years
Location : Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2/L3 production support for critical systems
- Monitor environments and troubleshoot production incidents
- Manage incident problem change and release processes
- Support deployment and release activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and business stakeholders
- Handle production NDR and DR environment support
- Perform operational testing and validation
- Generate MIS and operational reports
- Analyze system issues and implement preventive actions
Requisites
- Strong Oracle query and database troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Linux OS shell scripting Java/C basics IPC concepts
- Understanding of SQL Server DBA and WebLogic is a plus
- Experience in production maintenance and operations
- Familiarity with deployment and migration projects
- Knowledge of monitoring & automation tools (ITRS ServiceNow Control-M)
- Understanding of ITIL incident/problem processes
- Exposure to BFSI/finance domain preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
