Job Summary
Main Responsibilities
- Sourcing expertise & experience in CDMO/CMC/Chemistry/Toxicology.
- Exposure to import of specialty chemicals from China.
- Experience on cost sheets related to projects.
- Experience in import and its related formalities to ensure timely clearances and delivery of imported Goods. (Chemical/consumables)
- Procuring the chemicals solvents consumables etc and ensuring the timely delivery.
- Procurement of Analytical columns Biologicals & Consumables.
- Weekly delivery status needs to send for stakeholders.
- Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.
- Rate contracting of all Opex related requirements.
- To arrange for vendor approval after obtaining of duly filled in vendor questionnaire.
- Ensure timely cost effective and high-quality materials adhering to all purchase policies and regulatory guidelines.
Competencies
- Proven working experience in Biopharma industry.
- Maintain good relationship with team members.
- Comfortable and has worked in different industries and segments especially large MNCs and proprietor driven organizations.
- Candidate who know ordering of chemicals from Import and domestic regions.
- Exposure to techniques of negotiation
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.
- Working experience of vendor management software like Coupa is mandatory.
- Has had lateral movements cross Industry.

Any bachelor degree
