This 3-day immersive program is packed with hands-on workshops job shadowing and networking opportunities all aimed at boosting your confidence and skills whilst helping you to explore the different technical paths within the fintech industry. 

Join us at our Budapest office between 18-20 of February 2026 where youll connect with industry leaders collaborate side-by-side with different technical specialists and gain insights from our experts - all in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

We invite applications from tech students recent career changers and individuals returning to work after a career break.

Qualifications :

If youre based in Hungary passionate about tech and ready to dive into some coding WiseWomenCode is for you.

• Please tell us about your proudest achievement (around 200 words)
