Strategic Partner Management
Manage and lead core strategic partners for VCARB.
Become the resident expert in your partners sector business and products and stay abreast of industry trends news and relevant new opportunities.
Develop and support the partner onboarding process where a working knowledge of F1 is helpful.
Maintain proactive forward-thinking yearly planning for partners continuously finding new and innovative ways to deliver contractual rights.
Campaign and Activation Delivery
Deliver innovative activation and campaign ideas that break the boundaries of traditional sports sponsorship and align with brand and partners strategic objectives.
Manage partners above- and below-the-line advertising campaigns with responsibility for developing and approving written copy still and moving imagery.
Ensure a consistent brand image across all partner marketing and promotional activities enforcing brand guidelines across the team.
Monitor campaign performance; prepare campaign reviews media evaluation reports and sports marketing research with recommendations for future activities.
Leadership and Team Management
Lead a core team of Partner Manager and Partner Executive; motivate and inspire team members.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovative approaches to partner management and campaign delivery.
Support the team in generating additional commercial revenue through partner events projects and hospitality programmes.
Be a visionary leader pushing the boundaries for key strategic partners and motivating the team to excel in their roles.
Commercial Growth and Performance Monitoring
Generate additional commercial revenue through partner events projects and hospitality programmes.
Monitor campaign performance and provide analysis and recommendations for future marketing and promotional activities.
Collaborate with the team to ensure campaigns align with brand and partners strategic objectives while maintaining a consistent brand image.
Implement effective strategies for evaluating new opportunities in the industry that align with the organizations commercial goals

Qualifications :
Prior extensive experience in Sports Marketing Technology Automotive Partnership Management Agency or similar client-facing role
Experience working with global brands.
Creative always pushing the boundaries of what is possible
Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well finding creative solutions with a flexible attitude
A team player always keen to seek a positive outcome and involve the right parties in the process
Able to travel to several races
High level of precision and focus on details
Excellent organisational skills and troubleshooting capabilities
Fluent in English and at least one other language.
Available to travel extensively as required
