As a Front Office Supervisor you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of a seamless guest experience. You will support the management of daily front office operations uphold service standards and confidently handle guest concerns and operational escalations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist daily front office functions to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Support the coordination of team responsibilities and maintain operational consistency
- Deliver high-quality service during guest arrivals departures and throughout their stay
- Manage and resolve guest issues and service recovery situations with professionalism
- Ensure accuracy in financial transactions reporting and compliance with procedures
Qualifications :
What were looking for:
- Previous front office experience preferably in a five-star hotel
- Strong leadership skills with confidence in managing guest issues
- Familiarity with Opera Cloud (preferred)
- Excellent organisation communication and time management abilities
- Flexibility to work mornings evenings weekends and night shifts
