As the Multimedia Producer you will bring Endeavour Foundations brand and stories to life through impactful video and visual storytelling. Working within our Brand & Content Team you will create content that strengthens awareness trust and engagement across our Home Community Work and Business Solutions portfolios.

You will plan film and edit high-quality video content capture photography for digital channels and campaigns and support written content creation for social media blogs and marketing collateral. Youll collaborate closely with the Brand & Content Lead Content Creators and internal stakeholders to ensure messaging reflects our voice values and ethical storytelling standards.

Key duties of this role are to:

• Produce engaging story-led video content across campaigns and digital channels.
• Capture high-quality photography for web social media and internal communication.
• Create written content that supports video assets and enhances narrative impact.
• Ensure content meets brand accessibility ethical storytelling and NDIS guidelines.
• Manage footage photography libraries and production assets.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation.
• Use digital insights to optimise content for engagement and reach.

This role is a Fixed Term Full Time 12-month contract.

What you can bring to the team

Youre a natural storyteller with empathy emotional intelligence and the ability to connect genuinely with people capturing their stories with respect and care.

To succeed in this role you will have:

• 5 years experience in end-to-end videography editing and multimedia content production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects Lightroom and related production tools.
• Confident in capturing high-quality photography for campaigns digital channels and brand storytelling.
• Strong creative writing skills for captions scripts and short-form narrative content.
• Proven ability to create engaging story-led content that reflects lived experience and builds trust.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills working respectfully with diverse teams and participants.
• Solid understanding of accessibility ethical storytelling privacy and NDIS-aligned representation.
• Highly organised able to manage multiple shoots travel requirements and deadlines.
• Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel across Endeavour Foundation sites in QLD.

You will be required to undertake aFit2Work National Criminal History Check andhold or be willing to obtain aBlue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
