HR & Admin Manager JD
Job Purpose
Develop and implement people and administirative processes ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role will support recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance for the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support employee life cycle processes - hiring onboarding and exit
- Create and establish process for attendance performance management
- Employee Engagement & Relations - Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
- Managing employee relations and addressing any HR-related issues and work
- with Head quarters for resolutions
- Track and report HR metrics such as attrition absenteeism and training effectiveness.
- Develop and manage travel approval process
- Support change management initiatives and organisation restructuring
- Track and report HR metrics such as attrition absenteeism and training effectiveness.
- Prepare and share periodic HR reports
- Provide insights to leadership for strategic decision-making
- Maintain office infrastructure and facility management for ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Documentation management
- Immigration support and compliance under applicable labour laws for expats & local hires
Education
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management Psychology Business Administration or related field.
Experience
Around 10 years of HR/Admin experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
