Key Responsibilities

Manage travel requests (flights hotels car rentals rail)
Advise and assist French-speaking customers via multiple channels
Handle ticketing itinerary adjustments and emergency rebookings
Use Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo systems effectively
Deliver service excellence aligned with client standards

Requirements

Native-level French and fluent English
Minimum 5 years experience in corporate travel booking
3 years of GDS experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
EU citizenship or valid right to work in Portugal
