Contract Type: Permanent (3-month probation period)

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat ensuring high-quality support.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services addressing customer concerns.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly maintaining satisfaction and ensuring positive experiences.
  • Update customer records and track feedback to improve service.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance customer service quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Danish (native or C2 level).
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and rotating shifts including weekends.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
