Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday: 07:00 21:00 (Rotational shifts)
Sunday: 09:00 21:00 (Rotational shifts 1 to 2 weekends per month except exceptional situations)
Days Off: 2 rotational days

Languages Required: German (Native/Fluent) English (Fluent)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated German-speaking Sales Representative to join our remote team in Braga. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong sales orientation who thrive in a dynamic environment and are comfortable communicating with clients in both German and English.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales through proactive outreach and relationship-building with potential and existing clients.
Deliver excellent customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries.
Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales or a strong sales orientation (mandatory).
Previous experience in a contact center or customer service is preferable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
Strong multi-tasking abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated goal-oriented and capable of working independently.

Compensation & Benefits:

Mean allowance: 7.23 per day
Transport allowance: 20 per month
Position bonus (Braga): 20 per 12 months
Meal allowance: per working day
Health insurance: Available from day 1 (employee contributes monthly; free after 6 months of contract)
