Were supporting a global marketing organization in scaling its operations and audience management function across EMEA. The Lisbon-based Centre of Excellence plays a central role in driving consistency innovation and best practices across regional marketing activities.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives on structure collaboration and clear communication. Youll help streamline workflows between global marketing teams and production partners ensuring campaigns and communications are delivered efficiently accurately and on schedule.
Role Overview
The Senior Account Manager will coordinate the daily flow of marketing content assets and communications through production pipelines. Acting as the bridge between internal teams and client stakeholders youll ensure all requirements feedback and approvals are managed smoothly.
Success in this role requires a detail-oriented mindset excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the main point of contact for regional stakeholders and internal teams.
- Manage content briefs and asset handovers ensuring information is accurate and complete.
- Coordinate feedback and approval cycles maintaining proactive communication throughout.
- Represent the delivery function confidently during check-ins and progress meetings.
Content & Workflow Coordination
- Lead content intake processes and ensure campaign materials align with defined templates timelines and audience segmentation.
- Track assets through production and support localization workflows across multiple markets.
- Manage campaign readiness by verifying dependencies across design copy and technical teams.
- Maintain up-to-date trackers timelines and documentation for visibility and accountability.
Operational Execution
- Oversee day-to-day delivery activities ensuring deadlines QA steps and reviews are met.
- Collaborate with creative development and analytical teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Identify and escalate potential issues early partnering with program or senior management to resolve blockers.
- Contribute to refining operational processes and documentation to improve efficiency.
- Support reporting efforts through preparation of status summaries and delivery reports.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including design copy analytics and development.
- Partner with account and program managers to ensure alignment on campaign priorities.
- Support collaboration tools (e.g. Asana Sheets Airtable) to maintain transparent workflows.
Required Experience
- 3-4 years experience in marketing operations account management or digital campaign delivery.
- Strong understanding of digital or email marketing processes ideally in a multi-region environment.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and internal coordination across multiple stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience using marketing CRM or content management systems.
- Familiarity with QA and proofreading for content or creative assets.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace or similar collaboration tools.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Soft Skills
- Highly organized structured and proactive in managing workflows.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to manage expectations diplomatically.
- Calm and composed under pressure with a focus on solutions and collaboration.
