Schedule: Weekly shifts (8 hours with breaks) covering Monday to Sunday 24/7

Customer Focused: Provide top-notch customer service addressing concerns with empathy and efficiency including critical safety cases.
Proactive Problem-Solving: Make informed decisions based on analysis ensuring all resolutions align with company policies.
Confidentiality: Handle customer information with the utmost care and comply with corporate confidentiality policies.

What Were Looking For:

Language Proficiency: C1-C2 in Croatian/Serbian and B2 in English both spoken and written.
