Must have Requirements:

Bachelors Degree
At least 2 to 3 years of BPO experience as an Assistant Training Manager or equivalent level in the Banking Domain (Insurance and Mortgage)
Excellent communication skills (C1 and above)
Solid understanding of adult learning principles and various training methodologies
Understanding of BFSI (Banking Financial Services and Insurance) products and services
Certifications in training and development are a plus
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel PowerPoint)
Preferably available to start immediately
