Slovak-Speaking Travel Support Agent
Location: Remote (within Greece only) or Office-based in Athens
Employment Type: Full-time rotating shifts
Relocation Package: Yes full support to relocate to Greece
Who We Are
Kats Recruitment collaborates with an international travel-services company providing support to accommodation partners worldwide. We are now looking for a friendly and proactive Slovak-speaking Travel Support Agent to join the growing team in Greece with full relocation assistance if youre moving from abroad.
What Youll Be Doing
- Assisting Slovak-speaking customers and hotel partners via phone chat and email.
- Managing enquiries around bookings availability rates tools and modifications.

Using internal systems to deliver accurate and helpful information.
- Ensuring each partner experience feels smooth supportive and professional.

Building your travel-service expertise step-by-step.
What Were Looking For

Native/fluent Slovak fluent English (minimum B2).

Comfortable using MS Office and digital tools.

Able to work rotating shifts (mornings afternoons weekends).

Living in Greece or ready to relocate with our support.

Must be an EU citizen or hold a valid Greek work permit.

Positive customer-focused personality with strong communication skills.
