Key Responsibilities:

Support customers with bookings reservations changes and cancellations

Handle inquiries via written channels and occasional inbound calls

Document cases accurately and ensure timely resolution

Deliver a high-quality customer-focused experience
-
Follow internal procedures and quality standards
Requirements:
-
Fluent / near-native (C1) in ONE of the listed languages
-
English level B2 or higher
-
Customer support experience is a plus but not mandatory
-
Comfortable working with computers and online tools
-
EU citizenship or a valid Greek residence card is mandatory
-
Willingness to relocate to Greece if not already based there
