Job Summary
We are hiring fluent speakers for several international customer support projects in the travel & accommodation sector. This is a 100% remote role based in Greece with relocation support available if you are not yet based there.
Languages currently hiring:

German

Italian
-
Danish
-
Slovak
-
Dutch
-
Spanish
You only need to speak ONE of these languages fluently.
Key Responsibilities:

Support customers with bookings reservations changes and cancellations
-
Handle inquiries via written channels and occasional inbound calls
-
Document cases accurately and ensure timely resolution

Deliver a high-quality customer-focused experience

Follow internal procedures and quality standards
Requirements:
-
Fluent / near-native (C1) in ONE of the listed languages
-
English level B2 or higher
-
Customer support experience is a plus but not mandatory
-
Comfortable working with computers and online tools
-
EU citizenship or a valid Greek residence card is mandatory
-
Willingness to relocate to Greece if not already based there
