Czech-Speaking Travel Support Agent
Location: Remote (within Greece only) or Office-based in Athens
Employment Type: Full-time rotating shifts
Relocation Package: Yes full support to relocate to Greece

At Kats Recruitment were partnering with a global travel-services leader supporting major accommodation platforms. Were now welcoming a warm and motivated Czech-speaking Travel Support Agent to join their team remotely from Greece or onsite in Athens. If youre moving from abroad youll receive a full relocation package to help you settle in easily.
What Youll Be Doing
- Supporting Czech-speaking clients and hotel partners via phone chat and email.
- Answering questions about bookings rates availability modifications and extranet usage.

Providing clear accurate and timely resolutions through internal systems.

Ensuring every interaction is positive and partner-focused.
- Growing your understanding of travel services so you can support confidently.
What Were Looking For

Native/fluent Czech fluent English (minimum B2).

Comfortable with MS Office & digital tools.

Willing to work rotating shifts (mornings afternoons weekends).

Already in Greece or open to relocating with our support.

Must be an EU citizen or hold a valid Greek work permit.

Friendly service-oriented and solution-driven personality.
